Merino wool in the sole ensures optimum insulation during low-intensity exercise and effectively helps excess moisture evaporate during high-intensity exercise. Compression in the arch of the foot provides extra support to the foot, while the sock fits well during high-intensity exercise without any unpleasant chafing. Knitted mesh in a light compression material on the ankle, extending up to the calf, provides good ventilation and dries quickly.
